An order of the kind referred to in the Question has not yet been made. Any order made will be laid before each House of the Oireachtas in the normal way in accordance with the provisions of section 3 (4) of the Extradition (Amendment) Act 1987. In the meantime, administrative arrangements which are already in place to ensure that the specialty principle is observed in our extradition arrangements with Britain and the North will continue to apply.
