The Deputy is understood to be referring to the premises at Oberstown, Lusk, County Dublin, which housed the former Scoil Árd Mhuire closed in 1984. My Department are at present considering an offer which has been made by the Eastern Health Board for the acquisition of the premises by the health board. It may be also that my Department may propose using part or all of the premises for its own purposes and this has been explained to the health board. I am unable at present to give a timescale for future developments or for the outcome of negotiations.
