asked the Minister for Education when national lottery funds will be made available for works to be carried out to the Kilmoganny community centre, County Kilkenny, under the capital grants scheme.

asked the Minister for Education when financial assistance will be made available from the national lottery to assist with the cost of developing recreational facilities on behalf of O'Loughlin Gaels GAA club, County Kilkenny.

asked the Minister for Education if she will grant financial assistance to the north Kilkenny pony club under the capital grant scheme for the provision of recreational facilities.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 124 to 132, inclusive, together.

With the exception of funding received to meet grant commitments, no additional funding has been received by my Department under the capital grants scheme for the provision of recreational facilities.

These projects referred to by the Deputy in common with all other applications under the capital grants scheme will now fall to be considered under the new arrangements for the capital grants amenity grants scheme referred to by the Minister for Finance in his reply of 24 October 1989 to Questions Nos. 26, 48 and 55.
