It is not the practice for Ministers for Justice, except in exceptional circumstances, to disclose whether or not a particular individual or establishment is or has been the subject of a Garda investigation. It is, of course, open to any person who believes that a crime has been committed, to make a direct approach to the Garda on the matter.
