asked the Minister for Energy if he will make a statement on a report from the Nuclear Energy Board that small quantities of deadly radioactive caesium 137 and plutonium had been measured in mussels in Carlingford Lough; and if he will give an assurance that people who eat large amounts of shellfish will not be harmed because of the levels of radioactive material found therein.
