The reform of conveyancing law and practice in areas where this would lead to savings for house purchasers is among the matters being examined by the Law Reform Commission, at the request of the Attorney General. The commission has published two reports already in this area, which will be considered in my Department in the normal way, and further reports are expected from the commission in connection with the matter.
