131 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Social Welfare if the rate of an old age non-contributory pension payments of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be reviewed on an appeal basis; and if these payments will be increased.
An appeal form issued to the person concerned on 5 February 1989. She has been requested to provide proof, such as a certified copy of the deed, that her holding has been transferred. On receipt of the completed appeal form, the case will be referred to an appeals officer for decision.
