Ceist:143 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a driving test application was returned to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Fees for driving tests were increased with effect from Monday, 1 January 1990. The application by the person in question was received on 4 January. Since the appropriate fee was not included, the application was returned with a request for the correct amount.
