Ceist:163 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Health if he will make a statement on the treatment received by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 regarding which he promised an investigation and report six months ago.

I have only recently received a report from Beaumont Hospital on this case. I have asked my chief medical officer to examine the matter and when it has been fully considered I will be in touch with the Deputy.
