Ceist:24 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Defence the investigations which have been held into the circumstances in which secret Defence Forces documents came to be in the possession of a loyalist paramilitary organisation in Northern Ireland; the outcome of any such investigation; if any new procedures have been introduced to improve the security of such documents; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
