35 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Defence the strength of the Second Line Reserve by rank, command and corps at 31 December 1989; the number by rank, command and corps who were assigned to the non-effective category since that date; the present strength of same by rank, command and corps; and whether, in the context of the date indicated above, he will make a statement on the matter
