Proinsias De Rossa

Ceist:

130 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Health, in respect of legislation passed under the aegis of his Department, which required (a) a ministerial order or (b) an order of the Oireachtas to implement (1) the entire Act or (2) any section of the Act, he will list any Act or section of an Act which has not yet been implemented; and the reason for any such non-implementation.

In view of the extensive range and variety of legislation in the health area it would not be practicable to reply on the basis of an examination of the entire statutory framework relevant to the health services.

However, if the Deputy were to indicate a specific legislative code, I would be prepared to supply the details requested.
