Ceist:51 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Health, having regard to the outmoded condition of Swords Health Centre, County Dublin, if he will give a detailed report on his plans for a new replacement health centre; the site to be obtained for same; the finance available; the approximate commencement date; and, in the interim, if he will arrange to have a programme of refurbishment carried out urgently on the present facility.
