Ceist:152 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment , having regard to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 81 of 1 March 1990, if the capital allocation for 1990 in respect of housing in Kildare entails a separate allocation from his Department or whether the funds in question will derive from internal receipts; in the event that the allocation will come from internal receipts, the number of houses which are likely to be built in Kildare as a result of the allocation, having regard to the fact that the local authority in question has been restricted in overdraft facilities by £1 million; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
