119 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice if his Department, the Department of Education or the Department of Health published the Interdepartmental Committee Reports on Provision for Girls in 1987 and the current Inter-departmental Review Committee; and, if so, when.
The report of the Interdepartmental Group which presented their findings in 1988 in relation to the question of facilities for young female offenders were not prepared with a view to publication and was not published. It is not intended that the report of the Interdepartmental Group on the Administration of Justice will be published.
