Ceist:131 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if he will arrange to have certified copies of folios in County Kilkenny made available to a person (details supplied) as soon as possible.
Written Answers. - Land Registry Folios.
I have been informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record in the Land Registry of an application for a copy of the folios mentioned by the Deputy.
However, an application for registration of a transfer of the lands the subject of the folios quoted was received in the Land Registry on 21 December 1988, and completed on 9 March 1990. A copy of the new folio may be had on application to the Land Registry and payment of the appropriate fee.
