Ceist:

72 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, in the operation of the installation aid scheme for young farmers, he will take into account the potential of the holding to be transferred to meet with the labour unit requirement over a period of time after the transfer has taken place.

The implementation of the recent amendment to the EC Regulation which allows applicants up to two years to attain the required labour requirement is at present under consideration.
