Ceist:136 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite the issue of a folio and a file plan to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the application was made on 12 January 1990.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this was an application for a copy folio and filed plan which was lodged in the Land Registry on 18 January 1990. The copy folio with filed plan attached was issued on 12 March 1990.
