The management and maintenance of its housing stock, including the replacement of lifts, are matters for the local authority. However, Dublin Corporation's application for funding under the remedial works scheme in respect of this estate includes the provision of new lifts as part of the refurbishment of individual flat blocks. I understand that the housing authority are finalising tender documentation for phase 1B of this project, which includes lift replacement in three flat blocks, at an estimated cost of £450,000.
