Ceist:64 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange for a deposit interest retention tax refund to be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the appropriate repayment claim form was issued to the taxpayer on 2 May 1990. On receipt of this form duly completed, deposit interest retention tax deducted in 1989-90 will be refunded to her.
