Ceist:

54 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange for the return of identification cards to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly given the circumstances of the case which are known to the district veterinary office.

The herd in question was restricted on 14 March 1990. It is due for retest after 9 May 1990 and arrangements are now being made to have this test carried out. The cattle identification cards will be returned to the herdowner if the herd test is clear.
