56 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange with his dairy production division to approve the sale of land and quota to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, as the application has been with his Department for three months.

My Department have now completed their investigations in this matter and the co-operative involved is being notified that the transfer of quota is in order.
