Ceist:69 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health if he has any plans to carry out a study into the reason Ireland is said to have the second highest mortality rate from breast cancer in the world; and whether his Department has investigated the factors that are responsible for causing breast cancer and colorectal cancer.
