Ceist:

63 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if he will indicate the floor area and value of building works to date which have made application for concessions under the urban renewal incentive scheme within Dublin; and if he will indicate the way in which the total is divided between office space, manufacturing industry and other commercial and residential buildings.

Relevant information, supplied by Dublin Corporation who administer the urban renewal scheme in Dublin city, is set out in the table below. It derives principally from details furnished in planning applications rather than from applications to avail of the urban renewal incentives, which would mainly be dealt with by the Revenue Commissioners.
