162 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the fact that construction has not yet commenced on Jobstown Community College, Dublin 24 and the project is running two weeks behind schedule; if she will have these delays investigated; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am aware of the situation regarding the new building for Jobstown Community College. The present position is that arrangements with the lowest tenderer are currently being finalised. The legal formalities for the transfer of ownership of the site are also being concluded this week.
