89 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the present position regarding a second year payment of a set aside grant to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and when in inspection will be carried out in this regard.
The person named was paid a first year premium under the set aside scheme on 20 September last. Payment of the second year premium, in respect of the 1989-90 set aside year, will be considered on receipt of a claim. An inspection will be carried out sometime during the coming months.
90 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an installation aid grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and the reason for the delay in approving and issuing payment.
Determination of this case has not been possible as evidence of registration in the Land Registry has not yet been furnished.
