Ceist:61 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Energy when an application for aid under EC Regulations Number 1820/80 will be granted to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

My Department are at present in correspondence with the person referred to by the Deputy with a view to determining his eligibility for grant aid. As soon as the necessary information has been received, a decision on the applicant's eligiblity will be taken and he will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
