60 Dr. Lee asked the Minister for Labour if contract documents have been issued by his Department for the development of the Stafford Freeney site in Amiens Street, Dublin 1; and if so, the construction companies to whom they have been issued.
Arrangements for the development of the site at Amiens Street, which has been acquired by CERT from Properties Limited and Skyline Properties Limited for the development of an integrated headquarters and training centre, have not yet reached the contract stage. Issue of such documents will, of course, be a matter for CERT.
