67 Dr. Lee asked the Minister for Justice the number of calls made to Mountjoy Garda station regarding complaints about a premises (details supplied) in Dublin 7; and the number of times the gardaí visited the aforementioned premises as a result of those complaints.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that there are records of 12 calls made to Mountjoy Garda station over the past year or so in relation to the premises referred to. The Garda authorities inform me also that appropriate action was taken in relation to all the complaints received, including visits to the premises on a number of occasions.
