Ceist:82 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if a refund of income tax will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow, where all accounts have been submitted.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer's liability to tax for the year 1988-89 has been finalised by the inspector of taxes and that a cheque in settlement for the tax overpaid i.e. £1,319.21 will be issued in the next ten day.
