I presume the Deputy is referring to the pay arrangements which may be negotiated to succeed the present programme.
As I have indicated on a number of occasions, it would be inappropriate at this early stage to take any hard or fast position on what might or might not be included in any future national programme. The question of indexation is one issue which has been raised and is something which will be open for consideration in the event of discussions geting under way.
