161 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education the projected gross proceeds of the sale of part of Lyons Estate, Celbridge, County Kildare; the projected net proceeds of the sale; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Questions Nos. 98 and 99 on 15 March 1990.

The Deputy will be aware that the property in question has been advertised for sale by public auction; he will appreciate that it would not be appropriate for me to make any statement on the projected proceeds of the sale.
