Ceist:78 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance when a tax refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.
Written Answers. - Tax Refunds.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes wrote to the taxpayer on 7 March 1990 for details of his pay and tax for the year 1989-90. To date the inspector has not received a reply. He has now contacted the taxpayer's agents requesting that the necessary details be forwarded so that a review of the taxpayer's liability can be dealt with and any over-payment of tax refunded.

Ceist:79 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if this matter can be expedited.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund of tax for £102.98 will be issued to the taxpayer within the next ten days.
