Ceist:25 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Defence if his attention has been drawn to local opposition to the development of lands which were formerly part of Cathal Brugha Barracks, Dublin 6; when the lands were sold subject to planning permission; and if, in view of the planning and redevelopment problems related to these lands, he will make a statement on the matter.
