Ceist:59 Mr. Carey and Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Justice if, in his capacity as President of the European Council of Justice Ministers, any change is envisaged to Article 6 of the Prisoners of War Convention, which was agreed and signed in Geneva on 19 December 1949; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
