Ceist:116 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education if she will sanction free school transport for pupils (details supplied) in County Cork.

A minimum number of ten eligible children is required for the establishment of a school transport service. The majority of the 12 children listed by the Deputy are ineligible since they live within two miles of their nearest school.
As a consequence the minimum number for the establishment of a service has not been reached.
