Ceist:100 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if Garda radar spot checks are positioned on occasions on the Old Cabra Road, Dublin 7, as residents there are fearful of speeding traffic.

I have been informed by the Garda authorities that the Old Cabra Road is subject to regular patrols by Garda traffic unit cars equipped with radar speedmeters and that when necessary spot checks to detect speeding vehicles are made at this location by members of this unit.
