124 Miss Flaherty asked the Minister for Education the number of standard acknowledgments which she has forwarded to Deputy Mary Flaherty, in relation to her queries regarding St. Aidan's CBS, Whitehall, Dublin 9 which commenced 18 months ago; and when she will give a substantive reply to the queries concerned.
Discussions regarding the building project for St. Aidan's CBS Whitehall between officials of my Department and representatives of the Christian Brothers Order have been held on a number of occasions. The most recent meeting was on 21 May last. I myself will also be meeting the manager of the school for further discussions very soon.
The Deputy will, therefore, understand that as the matter is still under discussion and consideration it is not possible to give a detailed reply to her representation at this stage.
