I have approved the invitation of tenders for a permanent extension to the national school referred to by the Deputy which will contain four classrooms. The formal arrangements in this regard are in hand and I expect that tenders will be invited shortly.
Because there are a number of factors outside the control of my Department in regard to tender and contract procedures it is not possible to say, at this point, when the new accommodation will be available.
