Ceist:

33 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance if any preserved or listed buildings exist at Lyons Estate, Celbridge, County Kildare; if any such buildings have been demolished in recent times; if items of historical or architectural interest have been removed or interfered with in recent months; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The buildings on the estate are not statutorily protected under the National Monuments Acts. I understand that the house is listed for preservation in Kildare County development plan. I have no information on interference with or removal of any of the property.
