It is proposed, by agreement among the parties, that the Resolution of the Dáil of 29 June relating to sittings and business is hereby amended:
(1) By the substitution of the following for paragraph (4): business shall be interrupted at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, 3 July, at 12 midnight on Wednesday, 4 July, and at 9 p.m. on Thursday, 5 July;
(2) In paragraph (5) to delete "Tuesday, 3 July" where it secondly occurs; and
(3) In paragraph (8) by the substitution of the following for that part of the table which relates to business to be taken on Tuesday 3 July and Wednesday 4 July:
Industrial Relations Bill, 1989: Fourth and Fifth Stages to conclude by 5 p.m. today;
National Treasury Management Agency Bill, 1990: Second Stage to conclude by 6.45 p.m. today; and
Local Government (Water Pollution) (Amendment) Bill, 1989: Fourth and Fifth Stages to conclude by 10 p.m. today.
