74 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Justice the types of offences for which persons were convicted in the Special Criminal Court in 1989 giving the number of persons convicted on each count.
75 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Justice the outcome of cases heard in the Special Criminal Court in 1989 outlining (i) cases tried (ii) numbers found guilty (iii) numbers found not guilty and (iv) sentences imposed including suspended sentences.
