89 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for the Environment when a new tenant purchase scheme will be introduced for tenants of local authority houses.

99 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment if he will introduce a tenant purchase scheme in 1990; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
