Written Answers. - Cherry Orchard Refurbishment Scheme.

Ceist:

90 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for the Environment when it is proposed to commence the next phase of the refurbishment scheme at Cloverhill Road, Dublin 10; and, in view of the fact that some families have been out of their homes for a considerable time, if the refurbishment at Clifden Drive, Dublin 10 will proceed at the same time.

Proposals regarding the acceptance of tenders for phases 1A and 2 of the Cherry Orchard refurbishment project comprising 18 houses in Cloverhill Road and 12 houses in Clifden Drive, which were recently received from Dublin Corporation, are being examined and a decision will be notified to the local authority as soon as possible.
