281 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the capital grant aid schemes at present available for the provision of housing and sheltered accommodation which are operated through his Department for organisations (details supplied).
Planning is proceeding on the development of additional residential accommodation by the Cheshire Foundation in Monkstown, County Dublin, Letterkenny and Sligo. Capital grants for these developments will be considered in my Department in the context of the level of resources available and other demands for funding for capital developments in the health services.
