Ceist:

335 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport if he will arrange for the approval of an amendment to a pension scheme administered by Córas Iompar Éireann (details supplied) in order that persons already retired from this company can receive their full entitlement.

I have already approved this amendment. CIE now have the authority to collect the additional contributions necessary from the staff concerned to obtain full credit for wages grade service in the calculation of their retirement lump sums.
