31 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the representations made to his Department by Macra na Feirme concerning the issue of capital acquisitions tax, he is considering any changes in the regulations of this tax in the 1991 Budget.

I have received a copy of the pre-budget submission from Macra na Feirme and I have noted its contents. Changes in the taxation code are a matter for consideration in the context of the 1991 Budget.
