Ceist:215 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education if the sale of a portion of Lyons Estate, Celbridge, County Kildare has been concluded; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I understand from the higher education authority that the sale of a portion of the Lyons Estate will be completed in early January next.
When the present sale of land is finalised the college will retain in the region of 563 acres for its own use.
