Ceist:31 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange for the following works to be carried out at Baldoyle Estuary, Dublin 13 in order to make this nature reserve accessible to the general public: (1) the provision of proper pathways (2) the publication of a comprehensive information leaflet outlining the various species over-wintering at the estuary, and (3) the provision of by-laws governing the nature of the reserve; and when these works will be undertaken.
