91 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Health the reason the full rate of disabled person's maintenance allowance was not paid to persons (details supplied) in County Louth when they reached the age of 16 years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, North Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
